What are your delivery options?

See the shipping page for full details. Each item costs a flat fee of $9.95 per item and delivery can take 2-3 weeks depending on your location. If you would like expedited shipping please get in contact and we can arrange faster courier shipping.

Why are you so cheap?

We have taken it upon ourselves to work with our brands and manufacturers directly to provide you with the greatest collections and watch series available; 

The Wrist Wear Shop deals directly with the brand, eliminating any middlemen, eliminating wholesalers, eliminating agents, eliminating additional postage, eliminating additional VAT. This saves costs for us, which we past directly to you. Dealing directly with the brands also means that you can be sure that the items you are getting from us is 100% authentic. Please feel free to contact any of our brands to check our credentials.

We only allow sale items to be returned for exchange only. 



What if it gets lost in the post?

The Wrist Wear Shop tracks all orders to make sure that you receive the right order so the chances of this occurring are very low. In the unlikely event that anything is lost in the post we will provide a full refund or a replacement the choice is yours.We do not consider items lost in the post until 6 weeks have passed and still no delivery.

 

Why is delivery taking so long?  

The waiting period is a bit longer at The Wrist Wear Shop because it is coming directly from the supplier. These waits can be as long as three to four weeks, but often arrive much sooner, usually 8-10 days. We are unable to offer any kind of delivery guarantee, unless specifically stated in the product description. This is because often the suppliers we use are usually overseas, because often that means that you get the best quality at the lowest price.

 

How long is the order process?  

The order process can take up to 3-5 business days. Please allow us to process your product before we provide you with your tracking number.
